Description :   •Monitoring & Tracking the product complaints which are received through customer care number •Managing farmer complaints and providing technical guidance to trade farmers. •Escalate the farmers /stakeholder complaints to the respective states if the intervention is required. •Regular follow up/contact to the progressive farmers of the states and reminding them the focus product spray schedule.
